I went to the airport and I had to spend some time in the Arrivals section. It was to my surprise a very beautiful experience.
I witnessed countless people reunite after what seemed an extended separation. It’s worthwhile on a Sunday afternoon taking a beach chair just to gaze at the drama of love. The running of a girl to her father; the embrace of two brothers; the resting of a women’s head on her partner’s shoulder; it was all so deeply moving.
The endless longing of a human for another exceeds the beauty of the boundless oceans; it surpasses the majesty of the star-studded sky. The human being is infused with such profundity where even the most mundane of activities can be a magical experience.
