Marriage is inexpressibly beautiful. Committing your life to another human being while having them commit their life to you; intertwining your destiny in another while losing yourselves in the essence of each other. That’s marriage, and so much more.
Notwithstanding, there is, also, something deeply beautiful about being single. The simplicity of being only you is liberating. There’s this creativity, ingenuity, this sense of discovery that is amplified when one is single.
There’s a time and place for everything. You cannot press time and one should not let time press you. When the time and the place, when fate and destiny, creates a you that is single, enjoy it. Live it. Be happy for it.
Because although marriage is incredible, being single is beautiful, and when it’s gone, you wish you appreciated it when it was there.
